SBC Feeder

The distributor tray inside the SBC feeder spreads material in both directions, aiming to feed evenly over the entire screen width of the screen, using the screening surface in the most efficient way. There are two versions of this feeder, the vibrating body and the static body.

In the static type, the feeder housing is stationary and can be rigidly coupled to the feed from standard screens or to adjacent feed chutes. The distributor tray is connected to two J&H vibratory motors that vibrate the same, aiming at the fluid movement of the material. The distributor tray and vibratory motors are supported by pads with unique J&H properties that maximize amplitude and most efficient vibration action.

The static body feeder has the advantage of simple installation as no inlet or discharge bellows is required. Vibratory motors and pads are located on the outside of the feeder for easy inspection. Deflector blades are provided on the SBC and are adjustable from the outside, allowing for small corrections to material flow.
