PROJECTS

The Integrated Agroindustrial Unit (UAI) is a project that integrates two production units, a feed mill and a fertilizer mixer, and a service unit comprising storage silos. Its objective is to supply the market of a certain region in the supply of fertilizers for diversified crops (for example: corn, beans, soybeans, tobacco, sugarcane and others), and feed for poultry, swine and, potentially, cattle.

The capacity of the fertilizer mixer is, as a rule, 40 tons per hour and the feed mill 3 tons per hour, and two vertical metal silos with a total capacity to store 12,200 static tons of grain. It also has an electromechanical road scale for 80 tons.

As a support structure, it has rooms for offices, classrooms for technical training and a laboratory to support the industrial units.

The products to be produced are fertilizers for various types of crops and feed for poultry and swine.

The UAI project was already developed in partnership with the company M. Almeida Engenharia for future implementation in Mozambique, Africa, and covered the phase of economic feasibility study, logistics study, product line formatting, basic engineering and architectural projects and executive projects.
