Timber Treatment Solutions offers a variety of automated systems for dosing and mixing liquids used in wood impregnation plants and immersion tanks.

The mixture in the system is produced by measuring out concentrated preservative or coating liquid(s) and mixing them with several hundred or several thousand liters of water to create a specific concentration of the final mixed product for use on wood.

For certain applications that require the mixing of multiple concentrations, we can combine several mass dosing devices (scales) with volume metering devices (peristaltic pumps).

The dosing system can be integrated into the wood treatment station or immersion tank for direct control, or it can be controlled completely independently via its own interface.

A dosing system can also be connected to a mixing tank, which may include pump or propeller agitation, if necessary.
