DESCRIPTION
In triple deck sieves, the upper part separates the above-measured particles, which are discharged into a mill. The lower part separates the undersized particles, sending them to the recycling or granulation process. The intermediate deck can be used to divide the final product into two different sizes.
J&H provides a full range of sizes from 4 ft wide x 5 ft long to 7 ft x 25 ft long, designed in 5 ft increments. This provides 20 square feet (1.86 m²) to 175 square feet (16.26 m²) of screening surface. Most importantly, the high frequency vibration generated by our vibrators and the unique design of the J&H “OPTIMIZER” Adjustable Tensioning System make better use of the entire screen area. This provides greater screening efficiency for typical high-capacity industrial processing plants. To further improve screen efficiency, pair the J&H Triple Deck Screen Machine with the J&H Fines Hopper with the dust collector under the screen and a J&H “Speed Clean” (Electronic Cleaning Unit).
Large, removable side doors provide access to the internal funnel, transmission connectors and lower deck. Folded rubber covers provide access to the top deck screen. A J&H screen support structure provides full access to tension pads on both sides of the screen, as well as access to motors, electrical connections, screen, and the J&H feeder.
