CASTech Mod BR I vibrating screens are the perfect choice for your NPK bulk mixer. Designed with concepts based on vibrational efficiency and easy maintenance, the MOD BR I incorporates all the necessary features for easy operation and quick maintenance. The top cover doors are easily removed (weighing 12 kg), ensuring excellent access to the metal screens for inspection and replacement. This system also ensures proper tensioning so that vibration can be distributed evenly across each screen panel. All of this is achieved with minimal energy consumption, structural live loads, and maintenance requirements.

BR I vibrators are used to feed screening machines, depending on the size fractions being screened, and are specifically designed and manufactured for heavy-duty, continuous-production chemical and mineral processing plants.

Drawing on many years of laboratory and field work, the MOD BR I is designed to process material ranging from 8 mm (2-mesh) to 0.152 mm (100-mesh) at very high capacities and with extreme precision.

The CASTech MOD BR I single-deck machine is available in various sizes to suit your needs and your plant’s capacity. The tensioning system and floating drive assembly allow our screens to be rigidly mounted on the support structure and the feed and discharge chutes.
