Double deck vibrating sieves

In double deck sieves, the top deck has a larger screen, designed to remove particles above the desired size. This material can be sent to a mill for recycling and back to the process. The lower deck separates particles below the desired size. These particles can be sent for recycling or used as a starting product in a granulator. Finally, a separate chute sends the material in the desired size for further processing.

J&H provides a full range of sizes from 4' (101.6mm) wide x 5' (127.0mm) in length to 7'(177.8mm) x 25' (635.0mm) in length , designed in 5' increments (127.0 mm). This provides 20 square feet (1,858 m²) to 175 square feet (16,258 m²) of screening surface. Most importantly, the high frequency vibration generated by our J&H Vibrator Drive motors and the unique design of the J&H Adjusted Suspension System and OPTIMIZER (tensioning system) actually make better use of the entire screen area. This provides greater screening efficiency for typical high-capacity industrial processing plants. The J&H Riffle Screen is manufactured with integrated external and internal hoppers that combine the flow from the top and bottom screens. This hopper also features a strategically located dust-collecting flange below the lower deck screen to maximize screening efficiency. Use the J&H Speed ​​Clean unit to reduce the process of blinding screen panels.

Large, removable side doors provide access to the internal funnel, transmission connectors and lower deck. Folded rubber covers provide access to the top deck screen. A J&H screen support structure provides full access to tension pads on both sides of the screen, as well as access to motors, electrical connections, screen, and the J&H feeder.
