DESCRIPTION
J&H produces vibrators designed especially for the requirements of its own machinery, whether for screening or feeding. The J&H vibratory motor is fully encapsulated and unventilated. Constructed with epoxy resin encapsulated winding and SKF 50 mm sealed ball bearings, they are designed from the attachments to the output cable to withstand the high frequencies of vibration and heat generated. Most J&H screen applications utilize a two-pole model that nominally runs at 3600 RPM at 60 Hz or 3000 RPM at 50 Hz. Standard on J&H feeders is the four-pole model that nominally runs at 1800 RPM at 60 Hz or 1500 RPM at 50 Hz. Motors are available in voltages ranging from 220 V to 660 V at 50 or 60 Hz and the same motors are used in J&H machinery worldwide.
In addition to producing optimized vibration for J&H machinery, the engine's small weight combined with its efficient vibration generation allows for easy maintenance and minimal energy consumption (less than 1 A under normal operating conditions). At any voltage and frequency, the vibrator is designed to work with the Speed Clean J&H unit in screening applications.
Containing an easy-to-adjust eccentric weight system, the vibration generated can be optimized as needed. The engine itself is waterproof with a retaining ring and reinforced lead wire allowing maintenance to flush the entire sieve without the need to disassemble the engine. Easy-to-implement repair kits are available in order to rebuild old motors to brand new motors pattern at the end of their useful life.
