Conversion Kits

Conversion kits make it possible to modernize previous J&H models (IE MOD I and II) and current or old competing models of vibrating sieves, to gain sieving capacity, efficiency and enjoy the innovations of the new MOD III J&H, without losing any investment carried out in those sieves, in addition to not losing production, in addition to the time required to install the kits. J&H also offers a special retrofit system that transforms your old 4′ wide sieve into a brand new J&H 5′. Fine hopper and most of the existing chutes can be used, depending on each case.

Since J&H's inception nearly forty years ago, all products designed and developed by J&H (and particularly our screens and feeders) have strictly adhered to the ideas of standardization and modular manufacturing. In the short term, this translates to consistent high quality of manufacturing and cost control. In the long run, even as manufacturing technology has changed and our products have evolved and improved, many components in our newer sieves will match the same components in our older products. Retaining dimensions and bolt hole patterns are carefully maintained.

J&H has a complete line of upgrade conversion kits, so it's possible to upgrade from a MOD I screen machine to a MOD III screen machine, our latest project. We may also convert some of our competitors' designs that are similar to J&H screens to upgrade to a new modern J&H screen. Even our upgrade kits are modular. You can do a complete conversion or update structural parts of the screens, such as bridges, or you can simply update some of the more functional parts of the screen, such as the vibratory motor drive system.
