J&H stands behind and supports every product sold, installed and commissioned correctly. Products are designed and manufactured for heavy industrial use. The machine's frame and structural components are designed for the life of the product, and there are machines that are still in use after more than 35 years of service. Even so, many J&H products have consumable components essential to machine operation. Some of these are wear surfaces, such as liners, and some components, such as wear pads and seals, that have continual wear. Other components, such as screen in sieves or chain mill pins in mills, wear out or fatigue with use. Each of these items should be periodically inspected and replaced as they age or become damaged. Some components, such as a bucket elevator chain, must be replaced periodically for safety reasons. The type and quantity of replacement parts that must be kept for any J&H product depends on the model and size of machine purchased, the material being processed by the machine, and environmental factors such as humidity or atmospheric salt levels.

J&H has been manufacturing many of these machines for over thirty-five years. With this experience, J&H has developed a number of parts that are either specially manufactured just for J&H or we use parts manufactured to J&H's specifications. Be sure to use J&H supplied components to ensure your machines are operating as they were originally set up for maintenance.
