From small granules to large lumps, the continuous discharge bucket elevator offers versatility with reliability.
High-capacity elevators are low-speed, heavy-duty units built for high-capacity jobs. Mugs made of steel are suspended from the sides on two strands of 9″ [229 mm] chains. Designed and customized for the specific needs of the customer, they can support from 69 to 1000 tph. These elevators are equipped with split or segmented sprockets at the top and bottom. Mug widths range from 12″ to 54″ [305 to 1372 mm]. This type of elevator is perfect for high capacity lifting in the harshest environments with product degradation and minimal dust generation.
