The CASTech Particle Feeder is a piece of equipment designed from the planning stage to handle challenging products such as polymers and powdered/microgranular fertilizers.
This equipment is equipped with a worm screw that can be customized to meet the customer's specific requirements in terms of material and configuration.
The hopper (the size of which is chosen by the customer) integrated into the dosing unit is designed to ensure mass flow and prevent dosing errors.
Depending on the customer’s needs, this equipment can be configured to operate based on weight loss (optionally mounted on load cell supports) or volumetric dosing, and can be supplied with a frame for integration with any existing system in your plant. A PLC-based control system is available for plant integration.
