AS-02 Automatic Sampler

This is a very simple to operate and install sampler, recommended specially for bagging machines for sampling 25 kg and 50 kg NPK bags.

The improvements came in order to facilitate maintenance and promote greater durability to the system. The main change in the constructive form of the AS-02 model was to provide ease of maintenance for cleaning, as the equipment works directly in contact with the materials, subject to different conditions of acidity, humidity and others.

The robustness of the electronic system was increased with the use of a robust and controllable stepper motor. In this way, the entire system has failure prevention and collection optimization. The control system is able to work together with the mixing automation (PLC), receiving pulses to select the dosage to be performed or by activation of the operator, who can use both an RF control and the central panel to operate the system . The system doses automatically after being informed of the batch in progress.

The system is intelligent for optimizing collection with smooth movements, increasing engine life. Also, it may be able to protect itself from the dosage of foreign objects that could damage it. The system has an automatic cleaning cycle and never leaves the valve open at the end of a collection. Eventually, any material that is cohesive to the valve surface forming a cohesive arc will be broken when the insert is removed, when passing through the scraper in stainless steel tube cut with high precision.

The control system is complemented by status signals and also has a local siren to inform critical situations with eventual crashes (stones, pieces of wood, dirt from the scraping of the wheel loader).

The sampler can be easily installed on a cylindrical or flat wall.
