VBC feeder

DESCRIPTION

The distributor tray inside the SBC feeder spreads material in both directions, aiming to feed evenly over the entire screen width of the screen, using the screening surface in the most efficient way. There are two versions of this feeder, the vibrating body and the static body.

In the vibrating type, the feeder body is designed as a single solid piece, with the distribution tray rigidly attached to the body structure. The design was engineered to fully transmit the force from the vibrating motor while eliminating stress points. The feeder is mounted on four pads with exclusive J&H properties that maximize the amplitude and efficiency of the feeder body’s vibration. The feed boxes for the screens are already designed to accommodate the feeder pads and ensure flexible feeding of the discharge chutes.

The VBC feeder has the advantage of being simple. The vibrating motors are rigidly mounted on the outside of the feeder housing, causing the entire unit to vibrate. All maintenance components are located on the outside of the feeder. However, access doors allow for monitoring of the material flow and also enable periodic maintenance of the interior.
