Vibrating Screen Feeder

The J&H feeder is designed to increase the efficiency of a J&H screen by distributing material flow over the entire width of its screen. The design and vibration of the tray regulates the flow reaching the feeder by either absorbing moment of materials at high speed or “fluiding” materials slowly. The tray is vibrated using the JHV 1800 Vibrator J&H vibrator motor supported on specially developed pads. The angle of the feeder tray is adjustable to accommodate specific material needs and plant configurations. In addition to tray adjustment, the J&H feeder offers optional adjustable deflectors to better configure material flow and comes standard with easy-access doors for easy inspection and maintenance.

The J&H feeder is essential in maximizing screen life expectancy by effectively distributing material over the entire mesh width of the screen inlet, preventing material flow in only a small portion of material.
