Channel Feeder

Channel feeders are custom-designed to fit the geometry of your plant. A 900 to 1800 RPM vibration of Vibrator Drive motors helps material flow through large channels, transporting material from separator valves to the feed inlet of J&H screens. At the end of the channel, a distributor tray spreads the material over the entire screen width of the sieve, achieving maximum sieving efficiency.

Cushions were specially developed by J&H to optimize channel movement while isolating feeder body vibration from the plant structure. Covers and doors provide full access to the interior of the feeder for inspection and maintenance.
