CD Feeder

Good distribution of material over the sieve is essential for an efficient sieving process. CD feeders are simple and maintenance free, using a distributor tray or rock box to distribute material. CD feeders are particularly good in services with severe hard material and bag applications where erosion of feeder components is the main problem. Some types have adjustable deflectors that can help direct material flow or compensate for unbalanced material flow. The CD feeder can be used in conjunction with a J&H speedbreaker.

In applications where product can adhere to the dispenser tray or accumulate in the rock box, a J&H vibrating feeder is the best choice for distributing material over a J&H screen.
