Speed Breaker

The slowdown provided by a quebradir significantly increases the feeder distribution operation and the efficiency of the J&H screens below them. J&H Speed Breaker can be installed anywhere where material speed is an issue. Reducing material speed not only improves the operation of most processing machines, it also reduces product breakage and dust generation. In the image on the right, speed breaker is mounted directly on the feed inlet of the vibrating screen feeder. The J&H speedbreaker can also be installed on top of a J&H CD feeder or any other J&H feeder.

The J&H speedbreaker is designed as a module added to any J&H feeder. It slows down by impact and change of direction in the material flow and is therefore made of hardened carbon steel or stainless steel. Its robust and durable construction requires almost no maintenance.
