Este \u00e9 um amostrador muito simples de operar e instalar e \u00e9 especialmente indicado para m\u00e1quinas de ensaque para amostragem de NPK das sacas de 25 kg e 50 kg.<\/p>\n

Nesta nova vers\u00e3o do aclamado amostrador autom\u00e1tico CASTech, foi dada especial aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 manuten\u00e7\u00e3o para promover maior durabilidade ao sistema e r\u00e1pido acesso. A principal mudan\u00e7a na forma construtiva do modelo AS-02 foi para proporcionar uma facilidade de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o para limpeza, visto que o equipamento trabalha diretamente em contato com os materiais, sujeito a diferentes condi\u00e7\u00f5es de acidez, umidade e outros.<\/p>\n

La robustesse du syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectronique a \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'utilisation d'un moteur pas \u00e0 pas robuste et contr\u00f4lable. De cette fa\u00e7on, l'ensemble du syst\u00e8me dispose d'une pr\u00e9vention des pannes et d'une optimisation de la collecte. Le syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le est capable de fonctionner avec l'automatisation de m\u00e9lange (PLC), en recevant des impulsions pour s\u00e9lectionner le dosage \u00e0 effectuer ou en activant l'op\u00e9rateur, qui peut utiliser \u00e0 la fois une commande RF et le panneau central pour faire fonctionner le syst\u00e8me. Le syst\u00e8me dose automatiquement apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9 du lot en cours.<\/p>\n

Le syst\u00e8me est intelligent pour optimiser la collecte avec des mouvements fluides, augmentant la dur\u00e9e de vie du moteur. Aussi, il peut \u00eatre capable de se prot\u00e9ger du dosage de corps \u00e9trangers qui pourraient l'endommager. Le syst\u00e8me dispose d'un cycle de nettoyage automatique et ne laisse jamais la vanne ouverte \u00e0 la fin d'une collecte. Finalement, tout mat\u00e9riau coh\u00e9rent avec la surface de la valve formant un arc coh\u00e9rent sera rompu lorsque l'insert est retir\u00e9, lors du passage \u00e0 travers le grattoir en tube d'acier inoxydable coup\u00e9 avec une grande pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n

Le syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le est compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par des signaux d'\u00e9tat et dispose \u00e9galement d'une sir\u00e8ne locale pour informer des situations critiques avec d'\u00e9ventuels accidents (pierres, morceaux de bois, salet\u00e9s provenant du raclage de la chargeuse sur pneus).<\/p>\n
