\u00c0 l'int\u00e9rieur de l'entonnoir avec vanne de modulateur de d\u00e9charge, il y a un s\u00e9parateur d'angle qui garantit l'\u00e9limination de la mati\u00e8re dans la porte du modulateur sous l'entonnoir. Le but de ce syst\u00e8me de tamis int\u00e9gr\u00e9 est de s\u00e9parer les mati\u00e8res inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 3 mm et de les renvoyer vers le granulateur, avec un d\u00e9bit constant et contr\u00f4l\u00e9. Lorsque le processus de production se stabilise, l'effet de cette porte est d'\u00e9liminer ou de minimiser les d\u00e9chets de produits dans le cycle de recyclage, emp\u00eachant la cr\u00e9ation de grosses particules et stabilisant le flux de recyclage.<\/p>\n

Directement attach\u00e9 \u00e0 n'importe quel \u00e9cran J&H, cet entonnoir a la largeur de l'\u00e9cran et permet de larges lames de s\u00e9paration. La largeur est un avantage car la porte peut rejeter la bonne quantit\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riau recyclable\/fin. Il permet \u00e9galement de transmettre le flux de l'ensemble du tamis sup\u00e9rieur vers le bas lorsqu'il est dispos\u00e9 en s\u00e9rie, \u00e9liminant ainsi les longues goulottes et les mangeoires, facilitant ainsi les endroits o\u00f9 l'espace est un probl\u00e8me. De larges points d'acc\u00e8s permettent un nettoyage et une maintenance faciles des composants internes. La lame du diviseur en acier inoxydable est entra\u00een\u00e9e par des actionneurs \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques, lin\u00e9aires ou rotatifs, ou des actionneurs pneumatiques command\u00e9s par des signaux de 4 \u00e0 20 mA.
