V\u00e1lvulas de controle devido a feedback regulam o fluxo de \u00e1gua, do \u00e1cido ou de ambos , isso pode ser usado para ajustar a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o e fluxo de massa do \u00e1cido sendo usado na rea\u00e7\u00e3o do produto dentro do reator horizontal. A a\u00e7\u00e3o cicl\u00f4nica do pr\u00e9-reator garante que o \u00e1cido concentrado esteja bem misturado com a \u00e1gua e est\u00e1 na concentra\u00e7\u00e3o correta antes de ser disperso dentro do reator.
